EPICS Training
Observatory Sciences can provide introductory training courses for groups using, or considering using, EPICS. Observatory Sciences has provided EPICS training for numerous scientific projects including: the Isaac Newton Group (Canary Islands), the UK Astronomy Technology Centre, the University of Durham, Daresbury Laboratory, Diamond Light Source, the Australian Synchrotron Project, GANIL and ITER (France), the Australian SKA Pathfinder and Gemini Observatory Chile.
Our training courses can be tailored to your specifications in terms of both duration and content, and delivered on-site at times to suit you. Courses include extensive 'hands-on' training to provide practical experience of EPICS software. View example course schedule.
